About Us
Some would say our love story is a fairy tale or too good to be true... We'd say, we're just ordinary people who rose in love. We're Ta'Shobe and Preston (Kindred). Ta'Shobe is the visionary of "Mona Lisa's Hair Boutique." He is a Master Stylist with over 10 years of Professional experience, specializing in all hair textures including natural hair care, cuts, color, locs and extensions. Preston is the mind behind our Design Studio while also exploring all of his wildest dreams, thoughts, and passions under the stage name "Kindred."
After almost a year of chatting off and on, We started dating. Then we realized we could be business Partners, and then Fiancés, and now Husbands.
We are the minds behind Kingfinity. We Are Kingfinity.
Kingfinity Swag was created in 2019 after Ta’Shobe and Kindred noticed a lack of inclusion as it pertained to apparel amplifying all facets of the Black Community. While attempting to be different and set themselves apart from other businesses, the two gentlemen hosted their first event entitled, “BlacKout.” The goal was to launch the business and showcase the designs while also amplifying other Black Owned Businesses. The event had 200+ guests in attendance and began to expand the business beyond novelty wear to amplifying other Black Businesses.
As Kingfinity Swag continued throughout their first year establishing they had become "More Than A Clothing Brand," it had become evident that there was more work to be done. They don't just put Black Lives Matter on their clothing, they walk that walk with the small platform created to amplify just as much as they create.
Kingfinity Design Studio has gone through many name changes since it started in 2010. for a little over a decade, we've been creating and honing our skills. as kingfinity sought to bring clarity to its brand, it evolved into the overarching brand formerly known as Taure' France Design Studio. Kingfinity now has several different areas of focus: Including Swag, Entertainment, and the newly rebranded Design Studio formerly known as BluElephant Design Studio. Over the last decade, Kindred has designed for DR Takeover, Philly Black Pride, Several NPHC Chapters and Kingfinity Swag.

Mona Lisa's Hair Boutique is a one of a kind experience in Columbus, OH.
Ta’Shobe first started in the salon industry in 2008 while attending The Ohio State School of Cosmetology in Columbus, OH. As an Intern at Nicole Revish Salon and Spa, he had the opportunity to grow as a stylist alongside the salon. As a Columbus native, he loves the close knit and family feel the salon provides.
Ta’Shobe strives to succeed in all that he does and enjoys using his creativity to help his clients feel good about themselves. He enjoys providing services for a diverse clientele. He loves attending classes to learn new color and cutting-edge techniques. His flexible schedule and willingness to listen to his client’s needs make every visit personal and enjoyable.
